From the morning boats, to your table Houlakia Bay, Agios Ioannis road km 4.2, Mykonos 84600 +30 22890 71534

Tonight’s catch, written this morning

This page mirrors the chalkboard at the entrance. We update it from a phone in the kitchen at around 09:30, after the boats are unloaded and the basins are washed. The board changes during the day if a fish runs out.

How the board works

09:30 — the board is written

The baskets come up the path, the basins are washed, and Yannis writes the board from the kitchen. Whatever the three boats brought in is what you can order tonight.

Cooked the way the fish asks

Small fish go on the wood-fire grill whole. Firm white fish are salt-baked. Very fresh bream and dentex go raw, dressed with citrus and oil. We will tell you which we would choose.

A glass chosen per fish

Marina pairs by texture, not by colour. Grilled oily fish takes a Tinos white with grip; salt-baked takes Santorini Assyrtiko; crudo takes something from Paros with salt in it.

Sold out at 21:30

It happens, and it is rather the point. If a tile disappears while you are reading it, we will suggest the closest thing still in the basin.

How prices work

Whole fish — per 100g

Whole fish are weighed in front of you and priced per 100 grams, because a bream is never the same size twice. A typical portion runs 350–500g; a fish for two, 900g and up.

Plated dishes — fixed

Everything on the permanent card — mezedes, the garden, the long plates, desserts — is priced on the menu and does not change through the season.

The long plates

Priced for two people minimum and served family-style in the middle of the table. Lobster spaghetti and the salt-baked whole fish are the two most ordered.
